Laughter….


Ever find yourself “snickering” while alone? Or having a roaring out loud laugh with your friends? This type of laughter relieves stress and muscle tension (who needs a $100 massage when laughing is free). I love to laugh, many compare it to exercise… I say it’s another sneaky way to burn some extra calories and decrease your blood pressure…Ha! 

Did you know that laughing can actually boost your immune system as well…which means, the more you laugh, the less trips to the doctor. A good laugh has also been known to improves sleep patterns on those sleepless nights while improving your energy. These are all the reasons that laughing can improve you life….

So my motto is  smile more, laugh often, and live longer!
